Dr Gav & Bizzy Lizzy visit Hebden Bridge

Regular listeners will know about Glenn Lowe, the ex-marine Asbestosis sufferer who is walking the Pennine Way in aid of three military charities.

Yesterday, 2nd June Dr Gav and Bizzy Lizzy took a trip up to Hebden Bridge to join Glenn and his wife Sarah on the first of many fundraiser celebrations throughout the walk.

Pictured here following an interview with Glenn is Dr Gav and Julia Warren, the landlady of the Fox and Goose Inn, Hebden Bridge who hosted the folk night with Morris Dancers and music all in aid of this massive military charities fund raiser.

Glenn and Sarah set off on Monday 30th May at 10am and headed for the starting point of the walk. They hope to finish on 21st June.

Please do show your support by making a small donation to their Virgin Money Fund raising Page called Unity and Strength.
